Why Jobmir exists

Many small and mid-sized employers in Germany urgently need staff and post their jobs on the Federal Employment Agency's job board – often with nothing but an email address. At the same time, many applicants struggle with the format: no tailored cover letter, unclear documents, too little time. Jobmir brings both sides together.

How Jobmir works

1. You upload your CV.
2. Jobmir searches the Federal Employment Agency's job board for matching jobs – only those with a direct email address.
3. A separate German cover letter is written for each company, based on your CV.
4. You read, edit and approve. Only then is anything sent.

Our principles

• Nothing without your approval. You review every application.
• Mail, not spam. Every company gets its own email, spaced out, with daily and per-company limits.
• Nothing invented. Cover letters only use what is in your CV.
• Your data is yours. You can delete your account and all data at any time. See our privacy policy.
• Not a recruitment agency. We take no commission from employers.
